Wine meets stone - at the German Gemstone Museum Idar-Oberstein
Get to know the treasures of the region on a very special trip to the German Gemstone Museum - an exclusive guided tour through the fascinating world of gemstones, accompanied by a tasting of selected wines, awaits you!
The tour leads through the different departments of the museum and you will learn about the history and characteristics of the stones as well as the different wines from the Ritter Winery in Guldental. Winemaker Bastian Ritter has wines and sparkling wines in his luggage that touch the senses and harmonize perfectly with the respective gemstones and exhibits. Whether down-to-earth or noble, pure or fancy - the different facets will inspire you!
