Trekkingcamp Schmidtburg has 10 tent sites and one yurt site. Equipped with only six campsites, a fireplace and a toilet, the trekking camps Alteburg, Ellerspring and Ochsenbaumer Höhe offer everything for a little adventure and for a hike along the Soonwaldsteig.

Noise is taboo - the focus is on relaxing in silence. Roads are nearby, but you can't get to the sites by car. Trekkers must bring their own water and food.

The trekking camps are complemented by the campsite at the Outdoor Park Lauschhütte - this is also necessary for walking the Soonwaldsteig and requires separate booking.
