Opening of outdoor catering under Corona-restriction starting 22.03.2021:

According to § 7 (2) 18th CoBeLVO, outdoor catering is permitted in compliance with the following general and protective measures:
§ 1 (9) Test obligation (18th CoBeLVO)
Rapid or self-tests (PoC antigen test) that are permitted/accepted are listed at the following address: https://www.bfarm.de/DE/Medizinprodukte/Antigentests/_node.html.
Rapid test: In the case of a rapid test (§ 1 (9) sentence 1 no. 1), the test must not have been performed more than 24 hours ago and the result must have been confirmed by the body performing the test; the confirmation must be presented before entering the facility.
Self-test: In the case of a self-test (§ 1 (9) sentence 1 no. 2), the test must be performed by the visitor before entering the facility in the presence of a person appointed by the operator of the facility. The operator of the facility must confirm the result and the time of the self-test to the visitor upon request.

The testing obligation shall also be deemed to have been fulfilled if the visitor submits to the operator of the facility a confirmation of a negative self-test pursuant to § 1 (9) sentence 1 no. 2 that is no more than 24 hours old. The operator of a facility may only grant the visitor access to the facility in the event of a negative test result.
The permissibility of outdoor catering shall be waived within the framework of general decrees of the counties / independent cities, in regions where the 7-day incidence per 100,000 inhabitants rises to more than 100 on three consecutive days.
